Online entries open early in June 2010 at www.cyclelab.co.za, and close approximately two weeks before race day.
Registration takes place at the Coca-Cola Dome on the Friday and Saturday before the race between 10h00 and 17h00.

| Route Description: |
Route Type: Circular
The emphasis of this course is on safety, scenery and reasonable challenge. The “Dome” may well be the shortest qualifier but it certainly is not the easiest. The route was redesigned in 2009 and includes four challenging climbs on the outskirts of the West Rand. Even in its shortened format this race remains a tough test for any cyclist.

The race will be staged for the sixth time in 2010.
The organisers have gone out of their way to make this a landmark event on the cycling calendar, providing much in the way of entertainment to keep the whole family amused for the day. With a shortened course the race offers a good opportunity to improve a starting time at next year’s Cape Argus Pick ‘n Pay Cycle Tour. There is also a toddler’s race.
